Every week, we offer a wide range of classes. Fitness training (thighs, buttocks, body barre, body sculpt…), cardiovascular activities (biking, cross training, step, zumba, lia) and gentle gymnastics (body and balance, stretching, pilates, yoga…).
There’s something for everyone!
There is also a fully-equipped weights room.
You’ll find an elliptical trainer, rowing machine, bicycles, treadmills, guided machines, free bars, dumbbells, a cross-training cage, etc.
Coaches can advise you on the different machines and programmes. You can also ask them for personalised coaching with private lessons (extra charge for gym access).
