2 - Village life in the mountains

In the heart of the two villages of Villard de Lans and Corrençon en Vercors, enjoy an intense holiday. From the first rays of sunshine or under the morning snowflakes, the villages wake up to the sound of café terraces and the smoke of teas and hot chocolates. The regulars take their places and thevillage atmosphere settles in.

As the day progresses, the pace quickens as families make their way through the villages, skis on their shoulders and sledges behind them.

4 - Villages where you can't get bored

If you spend a few days in Villard/Corrençon, the days will seem almost a little short! With so many slopes to ski, new activities to try out and events to enjoy, your days are sure to be full.

If you’re a keen skier, you can take to the slopes for downhill and cross-country skiing, tobogganing or on the ice at the ice rink. For the others, there’s snowshoeing, swimming, dog sledding, snowman building and much more.

Looking for a change from the more ‘traditional’ snow activities? Take part in the activities organised by tourist offices and shopkeepers throughout the day.
