The Le Clariant restaurant is a 45-minute walk from the Hauts Plateaux Nordic site, and is disconnected from the water and electricity networks. Come and discover what goes on behind the scenes and the constraints of water and energy management!
The restaurant will remain open in the evenings, subject to reservation.
