Holiday advisor

The Villard-de-Lans Tourist Office is looking for a holiday advisor to strengthen its team for the 2025-2026 winter season.

If you’re a smiley, dynamic person with good interpersonal skills, a good sense of humour and the ability to keep calm in all circumstances, this is the job for you!

📅 YOUR MAIN TASKS

• Welcoming visitors physically and by telephone, dealing with postal and e-mail enquiries
• Managing and maintaining reception areas: restocking displays, managing stocks of documentation, posters, etc.
• Promoting Villard-de-Lans and the surrounding tourist sites
• Updating databases (APIDAE, etc.) and the internal website.

YOUR PROFILE

Beginners accepted, subject to :

• Good knowledge of the destination and its environment
• Thoroughness, independence, patience, listening skills and team spirit
• Motivation, dynamism and a smile are essential!
• Fluency in English (and other foreign languages if possible)
