The missions
The main task of the Reservations Department is to maintain and deploy offers on the tourism marketplace. This is complemented by secondary tasks for you, our service providers and partners, and visitors.
– Technical support for partner service providers
– Support and advice for visitors in the booking process
– Marketing the marketplace
– Coordination of the partner network
Customer side
1- A Help Centre is available on the destination site, giving visitors autonomy in their purchasing process by providing information on how the service works and the important details relating to their purchase (commitment, payment conditions, withdrawal of services, etc.).
2- A Frequently Asked Questions section completes the Help Centre by providing concrete answers to quick and easy questions. This reassures visitors about the site they are visiting and the services on offer.
3- A direct telephone line, email and forms have been set up to provide other means of contact and a responsive, human customer service.
Partner side
1- A dedicated space in the “Espace Pro” section of the destination website gives you a general presentation of the tourism marketplace and how it works.
2- A calendar of appointments with the Reservations Department is available to give you the opportunity to take the time to deal with your questions and requests individually.
3- Technical and commercial documentation can be downloaded from the Pro Area.
4- A direct telephone line is available for urgent questions and rapid response.
5- Themed workshops, discussion cafés, conferences and webinars will be offered throughout the year.
