Our brand ambassadors

Voices of the Vercors The Villard-Corrençon Ambassadors’ Programme

Our ambassador programme is, above all, a human story. It is a collaboration between the Villard de Lans – Corrençon Tourist Office and people who are passionate about the Vercors, the mountains, nature and adventure. The idea? To become an inspiring guide, helping others discover our beautiful destination through authentic experiences in the heart of our two villages. 💚

It is therefore with immense pride that the Villard-de-Lans / Corrençon-en-Vercors destination officially launches its Ambassadors Programme!

More than just a collaboration, this is a human adventure that brings the destination together with inspiring personalities, ready to showcase the values that make our Vercors massif unique: authenticity, unspoilt nature, sport and a family-friendly atmosphere.

4 accounts, 1 mission: to embody the spirit of the destination.

A warm welcome to our four ambassadors!
The adventure begins today with these four faces:

My name is Pauline,

A photographer based between the Drôme and Isère departments, with a deep love for the landscapes of the Vercors.

Through my account @pauline.hanno, I showcase a wilder, unspoilt side of the mountains: walks in the heart of nature, shifting light, elusive wildlife and fleeting blooms.

I love to show the Vercors as it truly is: a living, fragile and inspiring landscape that inspires both wonder and respect.

Walking is part of my daily life, as is the desire to slow down, observe and capture those simple moments that reveal the beauty of the wilderness.

A nature lover,

With a capital N, I first discovered Villard-de-Lans/Corrençon-en-Vercors with my family when I was a child.

Every year, we’d go there to go hiking in the summer and skiing in the winter; I’ve kept some precious memories of those times.
As I grew up, I always maintained that connection with the Vercors. It’s a strong bond that allows me to slow down,
breathe and refocus whenever the pace of life in the valley, in Valence, becomes too hectic.

Curious by nature and living life at 100 to the hour, I share ideas on my Instagram account for
accessible hikes, unusual activities and/or ways to unwind, and a bit of local cuisine.
But always with the same aim: to show that respect for nature is at the heart of everything.

Originally from the Vercors,

I grew up in Villard-de-Lans, living in tune with the changing seasons. Whether at an ice rink or in the mountains, pushing myself to new limits and exploring new landscapes are part of my daily life.

So it was only natural that I set up my Instagram account, where I share my love of hiking, trail running and, more broadly, the great outdoors.

Through my posts, I like to highlight the beauty of nature and the local area, but also to inspire and connect with other mountain enthusiasts.

Because these places are precious and fragile, I place great importance on raising awareness: sharing on social media, yes… but with respect, without encouraging overcrowding.

My name is Léa...

and I grew up on the Vercors plateau! Its mountains and natural surroundings have always played an important part in my life, and my Instagram account aims to capture their wild beauty as best I can, whilst raising awareness of the importance of preserving them.

I have a particular soft spot for lukewarm, over-brewed tea as the sun rises, roots, seas of clouds and long walks along the Vercors ridges!

Photographers and enthusiasts of hiking and the great outdoors, Michael and Sophie share their hidden gems on their Instagram account @Tas2cailloux and their blog.

They have explored Villard-de-Lans and Corrençon across two seasons and from two different perspectives:

  • In summer: A gentle, accessible cycling tour exploring the Via Vercors, promoting slow tourism and the summer landscapes.
  • In winter: A 48-hour immersion in the wilderness, completely unplugged in ‘Far North’ style. A true winter expedition in the heart of our unspoilt natural surroundings.

Sarah, from Auvergne, is a photographer with a passion for outdoor activities, adventure, nature and wellbeing. Accompanied by her partner and their dog, she came to explore (for the very first time!) the Vercors for three days. A genuine immersion to be enjoyed with the family and their four-legged friend, and she’s sharing the whole adventure on her social media!

Clara, also known as Clarafotomania, describes herself as a micro-adventure seeker. She spent three days exploring Villard-Corrençon using sustainable transport: she travelled by bus from Grenoble, and her e-bike became her best friend as she sought out all our top spots. A global leader in action and adventure videography, the team from @Insta 360 and the @Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region have chosen our region as their playground. This is a major partnership, involving the hosting of 30 European influencers to film Villard-Corrençon in 360°!
