The Espace Loisirs complex in the centre of Villard de Lans is a place dedicated to sport, surpassing your limits and well-being.
The fitness centre and its team offer a wide range of classes and activities all year round.

Fitness centre

Every week, we offer a wide range of classes. Fitness training (thighs, buttocks, body barre, body sculpt…), cardiovascular activities (biking, cross training, step, zumba, lia) and gentle gymnastics (body and balance, stretching, pilates, yoga…).

There is also a fully-equipped weights room.
You’ll find an elliptical trainer, rowing machine, bicycles, treadmills, guided machines, free bars, dumbbells, a cross-training cage, etc.

Coaches can advise you on the different machines and programmes. You can also ask them for personalised coaching with private lessons (extra charge for gym access).
