Bleu du Vercors-Sassenage is a mild, creamy cow’s milk cheese with a subtle, nutty flavour.
This hand-moulded AOP (Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée) cheese is made from the milk of specific breeds of cow: Abondance, Montbéliarde and Villarde.
