Ludovic Nardozza

Born in Montélimar, cooking was an obvious choice for me from a very early age. At the age of fifteen, I enrolled at the Lycée Hôtelier in Grenoble, driven by a desire to learn and understand the fundamentals of this demanding profession. From my first experiences at Per’Gras to my time at La Pyramide in Vienne, I discovered the classical rigour and the importance of the right gesture.
My career was then shaped by a series of decisive encounters: Jérôme Faure at Bois Fleuris in Corrençon en Vercors, Philippe Girardon (MOF) at Domaine de Clairefontaine and then Jean-Luc Rocha (MOF) at Château Cordeillan-Bages in Pauillac. These houses of excellence instilled in me a respect for the product, for the terroir and for passing on the tradition. Competitions have punctuated these years of work and passion, with national and international titles that have reinforced my taste for challenge and precision.
In May 2023, my wife Charlotte Geymet and I took over the management of the restaurant at the Hôtel du Golf (****) in Corrençon en Vercors, which became Astérales and now boasts a Michelin star. A house conceived as a place of sincerity, it is a source of great pride to be patron of the Scallop Festival in Villard de Lans. An exceptional product, a symbol of finesse and delicacy, the scallop is an infinite source of inspiration. Celebrating it here, in the heart of the Vercors, means sharing a passion for flavour, bringing together different regions and celebrating cuisine as a moment of pleasure and conviviality.
