Golf

An 18-hole course with a view of a mountain range? It’s all possible in Vercors. In Corrençon-en-Vercors, you can take your swing, putter in hand, on a hilly green right at the gates of the Vercors Hauts Plateaux Nature Reserve.

A hole-in-one with a view of La Moucherolle?

Do it here from the month of May onwards at the Corrençon-en-Vercors golf course, between clearing and forest. This 18-hole course offers a moment of true tranquility, where the silence of concentration, the “thwack” of clubs on the ball and the silhouettes of the carts come together to offer you an experience in perfect harmony with nature. Precision and concentration will be the order of the day on your outings.

Next to the golf course, you can access a space dedicated to teaching beginners, with 45 driving-range tees, a training bunker and a five-hole teaching course.

For the more experienced, ranking competitions are organised every Tuesday in July and August on the 18-hole course, and every Thursday on the 9-hole course. Sponsored competitions are scheduled on weekends.

Golf FAQs ⛳
  • Can the beginner's course be accessed without a licence and green card?

The licence and green card are only required to access the 18-hole golf course independently. Access to the beginner’s courses is therefore permitted without these two documents.

  • Where can you equip yourself like the pros?

If you don’t have your own equipment with you and want to dress yourself like a pro, the Club House, open every day from May to November, offers: rental of golf carts, caddies and clubs, and the sale of clothing, shoes and equipment that would make even Tiger Wood jealous.

  • Are golf lessons offered?

One-hour two-person lessons or half-hour individual lessons may be booked. To do so, you’ll need to contact the Corrençon Golf School directly or register on their website https://www.golfdecorrencon.com/. Other options are available for introductory classes, personalised coaching and individual follow-up.

  • From what age can children learn to play golf?

The Corrençon Gold School offers regular training suitable for children from May to June and from September to October, for young people aged 4 to 18. Other training options and courses are available. Check the website or get in touch with reception directly at 04 76 95 80 42.
