1 - Le Pas de l'Oeille
If you’re part of the motivated team, head for the Pas de l’Oeille!
There are two possible itineraries: one for the more athletic, starting from Les Clots in Villard de Lans, and another where you’ll have to take the Cote 2000 gondola. This magnificent gondola will gain you a few meters in altitude (and a few drops of sweat too).
Bonus: you’re guaranteed to encounter a few marmots and/or ibexes along the way.
📍 Start: Les Clots – Villard de Lans (alternative via Cote 2000 gondola)
➡️ Distance: 14km (4.8km)
📈 Difference in altitude: +730m ( +240m)
🕐 Time: 5h (3h) Return journey
And what do you see at the top: a magnificent panorama of Lac de Monteynard and the Trièves Vercors. Can you see the Grand Serre imperial eagle on the mountains opposite?
